What to check on your site visit

Plan about an hour. Walk the approach road at the time you would normally commute, and see the neighbourhood on a weekday as well as a weekend. Stand in the unit you like and check morning or evening light, since orientation changes how warm a room feels. Look at the lift and the parking entrance, ask how water and power backup will be managed, and ask to see sample finishes if they are ready. Note the distance to your office, school and market by actually driving it. Finally, ask the team for the registration details and the application form so you can read them at home before deciding.
