Sorrel Heights Specifications & Amenities

Sorrel Heights specifications — complete list

This list is taken word for word from the project brochure.

Smart home: flat with smart lock and motion camera

Every home is a flat with smart lock in Jalpura: a smart lock on the front door replaces the usual key-only lock. The building is a flat with smart motion detection camera coverage — a 24×7 system that records movement, which makes these 24x7 CCTV flats in Jalpura. That is why buyers call it a smart lock front door flat in Greater Noida, and why families with elders feel safer here. Read smart home features at Sorrel Heights.

Designer false ceiling

Most projects give a false ceiling only in the living room. The Sorrel Heights specifications include a designer false ceiling in all rooms: a false ceiling in all rooms flat hides wiring and adds cove lighting. It is the main reason buyers call it a designer false ceiling flat in Greater Noida.

Cera fittings with sensor lights

Toilets use Cera or equivalent brand fittings. A flat with sensor lights in the bathroom switches on the light as you walk in — useful at night for children and elders. Walls get glazed ceramic dado in the kitchen and toilet up to the required height.

Modular kitchen flat in Jalpura

The kitchen is fully modular, not a bare platform. As a granite marble modular kitchen flat, the counter is (pre-polished granite, marble stone or stainless steel), with lower and upper cabinets finished as a UPVC laminate modular kitchen — UPVC resists moisture better than ordinary plywood.

Premium tiles, wiring and plumbing

Premium tiles flooring in the flat, Greater Noida style, runs through the home. All concealed wiring and LED lights in the flat are pre-installed, and the brochure lists fans, switches and sockets — close to a fully fitted flat with fans and lights. CPVC / UPVC plumbing in the flat follows standard practice.

How to inspect specifications at handover

At possession, walk every room with the list above. Open and close each door, test every switch and socket, run the taps and check the drains, and look for hairline cracks in tiles. Test the smart lock and the sensor lights. Note anything that needs fixing in writing and share it with the site team, so it is corrected before you move in.

Lift, parking and exterior

Per the Sorrel Heights specifications, a lift reaches all floors — a flat with lift in Greater Noida West, Jalpura. Parking comes with extra ceiling height (extra ceiling height parking suits SUVs) and a premium entrance parking flat buyers notice on day one. Outside, you get exterior-grade paint and an MS railing balcony flat finish, as per design.

Recreation room for residents

Every flat with recreation room in Jalpura's Sorrel Heights shares this space — a shared space to relax, play and enjoy. It works as a society with a yoga room in Greater Noida West, a flat with an exercise room in Greater Noida for morning workouts, and a carrom chess room for the society's evenings. There is also a sit-out area for guests at the flat entrance — so these are family friendly flats in Jalpura where visitors have a place to wait.
