The brochure uses 201306 for the project address. The Sorrel Buildcon sales office, at D-161, Sector 3, Greater Noida West near Ace City, carries 201318. Both are correct for their respective addresses — pin codes in a fast-growing area cover pockets that do not follow the boundaries buyers assume, and portals sometimes print the wrong one for a nearby project.
The practical rule: copy the pin code from the builder's own document for whichever address you are writing, and confirm it with the team before you submit a bank, KYC or registration form. Names matter less than daily life, so here is the neighbourhood as stated by Sorrel Buildcon — all timings approximate and traffic dependent. The Sector 1 market is within walking distance. D-Mart and Gaur City Mall are around 10 minutes, Golden Eye High Street about 8 minutes, Grandthum High Street about 10 minutes and Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza about 15 minutes. Schools listed nearby include Lotus Valley and Sarvottam International at about 8 minutes, Pacific World School at 10, Ryan International at 12 and Delhi Public School at 15. It is not yet approved, and service is expected around 2028–29 if it is cleared.
